Shipping policy

FREE SHIPPING for orders of $100 or more. We may use other carriers for certain products, but packages are typically sent through USPS. Our typical shipping time is 4- 7 business days, but we have some products with extended shipping times this will be noted on the product information page with alternate shipping timeframes specified.

Orders placed after Noon ET may be handled as the next day’s orders. Please note that weekend orders may not ship until Tuesday or Wednesday, especially after a holiday or during rush times.

Delivery time does not include Saturdays and Sundays.

Once your order is shipped, you will get an email with tracking information. Items in an order may ship separately and arrive at different times. You will receive an email for each shipment with the respective tracking numbers. 

If your order doesn’t contain a packing slip, all order information, receipts, and return instructions can be found online and/or in your confirmation emails.  If you need assistance locating order details or other information, please email info@Soixind.com.

We will do our best to get your items to you as quickly as possible, but some things are out of our control once it leaves our location.  Carriers sometimes experience delays, so all provided shipping times are estimates and not guarantees. 

Stolen/lost Packages After Delivery:

We are not responsible for packages that cannot be located after they are delivered by the carrier, theres no claim available. If tracking information shows delivered and your package is missing, you will need to contact your local carrier or authorities to file a claim or open an investigation.
