Refund policy


RETURNS WILL BE ISSUED AS STORE CREDIT IN THE FORM OF A DIGITAL GIFT CARD.

We have a 7-day return policy, which means you have 7 days after receiving your item to request a return.

Products must be returned within 7 days from the date you received it in order to qualify for a return.

If it is a split package order, it will start from the time of the final package delivery date and time.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

Orders returned without meeting the above criteria are subject to a 20% restocking fee or we may decline the entire return.

The customer will be responsible for paying shipping costs to return items that are eligible for a return. The original shipping and handling charge is non-refundable and you will be responsible for paying your own shipping costs for any item (via any carrier) you return.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon arrival and contact us within 3 days if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right. Please note pictures will be needed of the defective or incorrect item so we could process your return.

Exceptions / non-returnable items
Certain types of items cannot be returned, like perishable goods (such as food, flowers, or plants), custom products (such as special orders or personalized items), and personal care goods (such as beauty products). We also do not accept returns for hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases. Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.

Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item using the store credit issued to you as a form of a digital gift card.

Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you will be issued store credit as a form of a digital gift card.
